Well as some of you guessed the answer is Han Chae-I. If you got it right give yourself a pat on the back, if not… well no pats but you get to enjoy the rest of the set anyways.

As Cutkillavince pointed out she is dressed up as a member of Girls’ Generation (SNSD) from their latest song “Tell Me Your Wish (Genie)”. While I don’t think it is an outfit that SNSD has worn (I could be mistaken) it has the marine themed hat, marine themed shirt (notice the boat anchors on the cuffs, collar, and middle edge), and short shorts.
