She officially began her career in the entertainment industry in 2003 when she was landing the leading role for "The Little Mermaid." In the same year, she also began hosting MTV Philippines.
KC Concepcion is a proud National Ambassador Against Hunger of the UN's World Food Programme. She released her debut album in 2008 titled, "a.k.a. Cassandra" and first album had landed her 4 music awards in 2009. KC has released her second album in 2010 and was self titled as "KC." She is a multi talented artist but KC best known for being a VJ host.
